Originally intended for use in summer training for ice hockey players, the versatile slideboards are also enjoying an ever-growing fan base in the fitness area. It can be perfectly integrated into coordinative training.
The entire musculature can be trained within a few minutes - and in the smallest of spaces. The 260 cm long ORTEMA slideboard was developed with stable stops, a surface made of extremely smooth material and a non-slip underside. It can be rolled up and is easy to transport.
